how it works

here's what happens after you sign

We walk every new venue through this on a call. Here it is in writing: the work week by week, with honest timeframes, from the day you sign to the first booked events and everything after.

the first 90 days

from signed to booked

Most of the work in the first month is ours. Here is how it moves.

1
week 1

get started

We sign, and you send over your brand photos and a few details about your space and the events you want to book. We build your venue's event page and your advertising campaigns. There is nothing for you to manage. You approve the page and the advertising before anything goes live.

2
weeks 2 to 4

build and test

The advertising goes live and starts learning who responds. This part works like preheating an oven. The first couple of weeks are the system finding the right people near you, and the wait is short. You see the early activity in your first weekly update, so you are never guessing about what is happening.

3
month 2

inquiries start arriving

The advertising is calibrated and inquiries come in. Every one gets a response within minutes, by text and email, in your venue's name, so no host waits two days to hear back. Depending on the product you chose, the inquiry goes to your team ready for a tour and proposal, or our booking team carries it through to a confirmed booking.

4
month 3 and on

reporting and steady improvement

You get a weekly update and a full monthly report showing inquiries, bookings, and event revenue. We talk once a month about what is working and what to adjust. The system gets sharper the longer it runs, and so does the calendar.

what we build for you

everything that brings the inquiry to your door

A dedicated event page for your venue
Advertising campaigns built and managed by Emma
A response to every inquiry within minutes, in your venue's name
Weekly updates and a full monthly report on inquiries, bookings, and revenue
what we need from you

your part is light

You run the venue. We handle the marketing and the booking work. This is the whole list of what we need to get going.

A handful of good photos of your space
A few details about your event types and your pricing
Your approval on the page and the advertising, usually within 48 hours
A 30 to 60 minute call once a month

That is the whole ask. Once it is running, most venues hear from us in the weekly update and the monthly call, and otherwise get on with running a great venue.

more than advertising

your venue also shows up where people plan events

Sway venues appear on PrivateEvents.co, the consumer site where people search for and book event spaces. That brings inquiries alongside your advertising, at no extra cost. Most companies doing this work stop at advertising. We built the consumer side too.

let's walk through it for your venue

Tell us about your space and the events you want to book. We'll show you what the first 90 days would look like, and what it would cost. You can also see what it has produced for other venues on our results page.
