Under his leadership, Sway excels in crafting event strategies that not only meet but surpass client expectations, driving meaningful connections and fostering growth.
A seasoned investor and startup advisor based in San Francisco, Adam is also deeply involved in startup ecosystems, offering guidance and strategic insights to burgeoning entrepreneurs. He holds a Master of Engineering in Technical Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University, where he honed his skills in integrating product design with business acumen.

Queena Zhong is an Operations Specialist at Sway with a distinguished background in project management, customer success, partnership management, and operations. Her previous role at Spring Science involved crafting essential company policies and SOPs that aligned with SOC2 compliance, optimizing operations and team efficiency within an ambitious timeline. Her academic roles at Duke University ranged from Resident Assistant to Research Assistant, where she honed her organizational and event management skills, contributing to both campus life and academic research.
