  • Our pricing is transparent. We offer flat-rate management fees and do not mark up vendor costs—any commissions we receive from partners help offset costs for our clients.

Pricing & Contracts

  • For larger events (e.g., conferences, company retreats), we recommend at least 3-6 months of planning time. Smaller events may require 4-8 weeks.
