  • Interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and form interactions

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry. When you tell us about your venue, we use your information to understand your goals and follow up with you.
  • Discuss and set up services. If we move forward together, we use your information to build your venue's page, advertising, and reporting, and to coordinate the work.

We will never use your information for any purpose other than what is described in this policy without your consent first.

3. How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used for one purpose: to have a conversation with you about your venue.

When you submit an inquiry through our website and provide your phone number, a member of our team may call or text you to discuss your venue and how Sway can help. This conversation is initiated by your inquiry, and it is always no-obligation.

Specifically, we may use your phone number to:

  • Coordinate next steps if you decide to move forward
  • Send scheduling or call confirmations

We will not:

  • Cold-call or cold-text you if you have not submitted an inquiry
  • Continue contacting you after you ask us to stop
  • Sell, rent, share, or trade your phone number with any third party for their marketing purposes
  • Use your phone number for automated marketing campaigns or mass messaging

If at any point you want us to stop, reply STOP to any text message or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop right away.

4. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms

This section satisfies the disclosure requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles, and 10DLC A2P campaign registration standards.

Consent

By submitting an inquiry form and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive text messages from Sway (operated by WorkBistro, Inc.) at the phone number you provide. We do not send promotional blasts, sweepstakes, or messages unrelated to your inquiry.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and the conversation between you and our team. A typical inquiry involves a handful of messages. Our messages are part of a conversation you started.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any text messages you send to or receive from us.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a single confirmation, and you will receive no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing hello@trysway.co or by telling us during a call.

Messages are sent via supported US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and text messaging may not be available on all devices or carriers.

5. Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we will use it to communicate with you about your inquiry and your account. We will not add you to a marketing email list without your separate, explicit consent. If you do opt in to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by emailing hello@trysway.co.
